Pre-qualification Experience

The Pilot Store is a unique experience compared to shopping at a regular Big Box Retailer location. We want to ensure that expectations are set before a customer makes an appointment for their project at the Pilot Store.

With this Pre-qualification Experience we guarantee that customers are properly vetted and paired with a Pilot Store associate that is capable of handling their project needs. If they do not qualify for a Pilot Store experience, they will be redirected to a regular Big Box Retailer location better suited to their needs.
